Meanwhile, Bruce is trying to figure out why the Flash is acting so weird all of a sudden and why the nephew they adopted out of nowhere is somehow a speedster.

Summary
The League honestly hadn’t expected the artifact they’d recovered a few hours ago to explode into golden light spontaneously for no apparent reason, or for said light to turn Barry into a preschooler.
Neither were they expecting Barry to still have his powers. Or for Clark’s call of “Are you okay?” to send him running off in a panic that Clark’s instinctive attempt to reach for him only made worse.
But regardless, the League still has to find him, and calm him down.

Jay Garrick wakes up on November 11th, 1965, in a Smallville farmstead he only vaguely remembers purchasing in 1945, age 47 and not looking a day over twenty-five.
Barry Garrick wakes up nestled against their twin brother Eobard on May 15th, 1983, age 8 and best friends with Clark Kent, who lives just down the road.
This is an ordinary occurrence, just as it has been for most of the last two million or so times this sort of thing happened.

Summary
DC vs Vampires is so poorly written and executed that most of the plot would crumble to ash with a rudimentary application of simple logic by almost anyone involved.
Unfortunately for this continuity, Barry Allen is an immortal billennia-old time traveller who's mostly interested in saving Hal, not dying at the scripted time and having fun along the way.
Featuring: Boredom-induced chaos, ridiculous outfits, Barry pretending to be a vampire older than agriculture, cute HalBarry stuff, speedsters being eldritch horrors that only superficially resemble humans, and my attempts to salvage some kind of internal logic from the whole mess.
