Joining Hermitcraft, Impulse covered up his demon traits at first out of instinct, later out of guilt. How do you exactly tell the people you've known for a year you've been lying to them all this time? How do you avoid their anger after 3? How would you even start the conversation after 6? Impulse dug his hole of lies deeper and deeper until he simply swore to never show them, despite the guilt of lying to his now friends eating away at him.
That is, of course, until a death game takes away his glamor and he has no choice but to show himself - horns, tail and everything that comes with them.Series

Summary
Rationally, he wasn’t too surprised it came up. To most, the creatures were more akin to mythical beings, nothing most would consider close to real. Honestly, Etho would probably dismiss them as a myth had he not known better. They were pretty prominent in old texts, mentioned most often as beings beyond human understanding, carrying themselves like stone statues unless no eyes were on them. They used to be known, at times even worshipped, though mostly by the more insane or localized bunch, much like Watchers or Listeners. They weren’t in any way tied or affiliated with players, which made them… tricky to worship, Etho supposed. For the better, probably.

Summary
The colorful paper had “Vampirism Turning” written on the top, with a short description of the health benefits. It claimed turning a patient into a vampire would allow them to continue life despite or even totally free of any major symptoms of an astounding list of conditions and ailments.
Mumbo almost physically recoiled, looking back at the doctor with horror.
“They’re beasts” He spoke, carefully but blatantly.(Mumbo was born human. He didn't stay that way.)

Summary
He wasn’t a big fan of servers. Mog always found being away from his superflat difficult. It was just easier to exist there. Like the air was clearer and only there he could take a real deep breath. Like anywhere else, he would choke on the invisible smoke of homesickness. There was sticky, almost sour tension in his bones that he couldn’t do anything to deal with. Mog felt dizzy. Very dizzy.
(Mog never dealt well with being away from home. He never thought to think of why that might be, though.)
