Summary
A new drug has been sweeping through Zaun, making life difficult for the Firelights to maintain any semblance of order. Simultaneously, Steb is having big feelings about Scar using the knowledge of his gill sensitivity, in Steb's perspective, as possible manipulation? They have a small argument about it but Scar is called into action before they can resolve the issue.
Scar gets drugged on the raid, leading to accidentally attempting to assault Steb under the effects of the drug. Another medic stops the assault, and Steb has a moment to think about what just happened.
Scar makes a full recovery and the boys have a chat...leading to some interesting discoveries.

Summary

Summary
The corruption in the Enforcers is not gone. Tension broils below the surface as Councilor Kiramman tries to patch relations between Piltover and the Undercity. Everything gets upheaved when Greer goes missing. Some Raiders become collateral damage as everyone tries to recover the young chirean.
As Steb tries to help the wounded Raider who survived, but also try and look for Greer, his relationship with Scar is strained.
A dark figure from Steb's past is revealed to have organized the whole ordeal, causing Steb to face demons from his youth.
