Summary
Aiden, Hakon, and Lawan all survive the fallout of the bombs hitting Villedor. Aiden couldn't fathom losing his best friends, so he lets the town collapse. It was a big decision, made in the heat of the moment. Does he regret it? No. Can he live with the guilt? Hakon is doing his best to ensure he can.
Lawan takes her life three months later, and Aiden begins to go through bouts of depression. Even though they're stuck alone together in a fully stocked base, Hakon feels like he's losing Aiden.
The two begin to grow closer, forming a special bond that is solely their own.
