An unexpected encounter when sneaking out leads a young Peter to meeting and befriending a boy, Juene, that he otherwise wouldn't have met until many years later. With the social confidence from that, Juene even befriends a few other people long before he ever would, including a clever young Miss Fischer who would become very important to both Peter and Juene in the future, though tragically with too little time in canon for her and the latter to have as much.
A childhood friends au to explore the relationship between Juene Vulpe (my bartender), Peter Wagner and Sandra Fischer, including the ot3 potential my heart yearns for. Having fun playing with the timeline, with what this changes about canon, and just the 30 whole years of maturity and space and emotions I got on the table here.
