She would've happily kept Caine company until the program shut down, but unfortunately, she had to sacrifice her happiness to make everyone else happy. She'd do it again though, for her friends.
For two weeks after returning to the real world, she lived on the streets, hiding out in alleyways and sleeping in store doorways, trying to stay dry under their canopy's. Then, she was recognised by the police from a missing persons poster, and returned to the care of her abusive father.
Now she was stuck recieving merciless beatings, and being treated like shit on the bottom of his shoe. Worthless. Unwanted. Will life get better for Delilah? Or is she stuck to be miserable living with an abusive father who attempts to isolate her from the rest of world.
