Summary
Jewelpet Otona is a Jewelpet Magical Change rewrite/sequel AU that is more in line with traditional Magical Girl tropes, while still being recognizable as a Jewelpet season, being inspired by other animes like Hugtto Precure, Go Princess Precure, and Sonic X. It takes place 30 years after Magical Change’s original ending, where Ruby and most other Jewelpets having neglected to train their magic power leads to something really bad happening in the future that allows a dark power to take over the world. Until one day, Nelly the Ladybug, a Carnelian ladybug Jewelpet from that future, goes back in time to the night when Ruby and Airi first met to help Ruby train her magic power and get strong enough to stop the disaster from happening. With the help of Nelly and her Dream Kit, Ruby will have to study hard at Otona Jewel Academy to become an Otona capable of leading everyone to a better future
It will branch out into its own story while also aiming to expand on unfinished bits of lore and worldbuilding that the original MC left hanging

20-a synopsis: Tokiko felt sorry for Peridot, so she shared some of her uneaten food with her. Peridot thanked her and Tokiko suggested they work together to help her deliver sushi. However, Tokiko had low endurance. Airi helped both Tokiko and Peridot deliver the sushi. The next day, Peridot told Tokiko that she needed to exercise so she could walk longer distances.
20-b synopsis: Koji's sister Akimitsu Hinata always leads her group by herself and always wants someone to help her. When she doesn't get the help she needs, she sends an email to the Kirara Detective Agency website for assistance. The six Jewelpets then consider summoning Kohaku, but Hinata doesn't want Jewelpets to help her.
20-c synopsis: Now that Sango has improved her sweet-making skills without using her magic, Saya asks her to work at a sweet shop. Sango agrees and heads to Fukuoji Mall to search for a sweet shop. After asking the shop owner if she could work there, she is refused because she is a Jewelpet. Laura also refuses her request, but Sango then transforms into a human using the Magical Stone. Will the shop owner warm up to the Jewelpets?
