The guy was following him, was tripping on something, and was overly paranoid, and he attacked Ray; I mean, what was he supposed to do? The Vagabond helped him cover it up, but now Ray doesn't know how to act. It was like Los Santos desperately dragged him into the criminal life, no matter how hard he fought against it. Things just kept happening to drag Ray under.
(I'm going to pretend that it is 2014 and that nothing wrong has happened in my life yet, and I'm going to write fanfiction about a group of people who barely know each other anymore. My belief is that the written versions of these real people are our creations as a community, so fuck it. Imma keep writing these fake characters that share names and physical features with the real ones, but their personalities are ours to create and change as we see fit.)

An alternate universe in which due to a strange wave of energy (which may or may not be linked to the supernatural occurrences in Los Santos) has caused the citizens, criminals, and cops of the crime filled city to all gain super powers.
This is especially clear in a certain manor where weird phenomenons had already occurred in what they had called ‘scuff’. This ‘scuff’ seems to have amplified these powers, and although on a surface level this seemed to be a blessing, the bois of the manor did not see what dangers these powers would cause for them.
(This fic is mostly centred around Lang, Tony, Ray, Mickey and Yuno with maybe a few mentions of other characters but I’m not sure how well I can write others but I’m trying I swear)
TL;DR An alternate universe where the Cleanbois (and everyone in the city) gain superpowers
