“What about you?” Sora asked.
Christopher shook his head. “You don’t need to worry about me. You barely know me.”
“But you’re a person.” Sora replied, squeezing his hands. “It doesn’t matter if I know you or not. You matter.”
Christopher’s eyes widened at that, and he eventually smiled, deflating slightly.
“You’re a wonderful person, Sora.” he said. “I’m glad Pooh bear has met someone like you.”

One of the many tragedies of a society that endorses the abuse of people it views as lesser is that those people are reliant on the (often nonexistent) compassion of others. When someone is set up to fail without it, the mocking of the 'reliance' minorities exhibit towards society is not only hypocritical but cruel. Society has created these rules and then blames those who have no choice but to follow and be limited by them. The discrimination of quirkless and disabled people creates a gap too wide for them to breach on their own, but they are scorned for asking for things to change or for help in crossing the gap.

Harry didn't think he'd very much like to be on display and gawked at. He felt very much like the snake must when it was awake. Because people stared at Harry all the time. Either that, or they looked away from him, almost as if fearful that wheelchairs were contagious and if they made eye contact they'd be next. So Harry thought he could understand how the snake must feel. Harry would much rather nap too than have to deal with all the people who stared at him; the snake had the right idea of it, he thought in sad amusement.

Aizawa starts walking towards the exit, obviously expecting Shouto to follow him, but Shouto's feet are frozen in place. His eyes flicker from the distorted reflection of himself in the ice to where All Might is giving him a long look, eyes kinder than anything Todoroki has ever been deserving of, and he feels sick.
“Todoroki-kun,” Midoriya says gently, squeezing his arm in what Shouto presumes is meant to be a reassuring gesture. “It’s going to be okay.”
He doesn’t think Midoriya is in any place to tell him what okay is, all things considered, but he chooses to keep quiet on the matter.

The road to East is long and this was never supposed to happen, but violence was never Bilbo's preference when it came to solving problems - whether he was aware that a problem existed or not. When Mabel comes across an old and intricate-looking hand-mirror, flawless except for a central crack, Dipper can't understand why she's so enamored with it. If anything, he thinks it comes across as creepy. Why is everyone seeing something in it that he isn't?
But as the it starts to cast its apparently harmless charms over more and more of the visitors to the Shack, he can't help but start to wonder -- maybe it's not the mirror that's broken.
