He puffs another cloud of smoke out of his mouth, but now, as the smoke dispersed, he noticed a certain red hair. Argenti walked with his bag in his hand, uniform dirtied and hair messy. As his figure came closer, Boothill noticed the bruise on his hand and knuckles, along with the blood fresh on his other hand.

Summary
After taking care of the incident in Dulcinea, Boothill and Argenti could finally go back to the original purpose of their rendezvous, which was fulfilling a mission to exterminate a Sting infestation on a desert planet called Arahas-V. Though their status quo thus far as just coworkers had been slowly changing, the incident in Dulcinea had caused something to change and, as they were stuck with no one but each other in the middle of a desert for two days, the two began to question the odd feelings that grew in their hearts. Though their battles with the Stings proved much more successful than their battle with their feelings, the mission suddenly took an unexpected turn and the two found themselves in more danger than they bargained for.
Argenti would make sure nothing would got in his way, be it insect, man, or the Omen of Evil itself.
