She has his wallet, too, so all he has on his person are the stick of gum in his back pocket and his muddy wellies and a too-long scarf he’s ready to ball up and throw the ground, because he’s only sixteen and he’s just a shopboy in a bakery and he’s about to cry twenty minutes into his first music festival that he had to beg to attend, all because he lost his big sister and her uni friends, who didn’t even want him to come in the first place, and—
“Oi, y’alright, mate?” a bright voice asks, just as his eyes start to water.

When he managed to stop ogling Harry's body and look up, the first thing Louis noticed was that Harry’s face was probably the most perfect face he’d ever seen. He’d seen him in that film, but he was even better in person. Maybe it was the smile.
The second thing he noticed was that that smile was directed at him. He’d been caught staring. Harry’s smile only widened when Louis locked horrified eyes with him. He tilted his head curiously, and his eyes flicked down Louis’ body. “Who’s this?”
Louis had been around long enough to know when someone was checking him out. He hadn’t expected to see that look from Harry fucking Styles.

“God, this is the most depressing Christmas ever,” the blonde sister mutters.
“His vital signs are strong,” Dr. Higgins assures them. “Brain waves are good–”

Louis stood outside the room with his supply cart. Nerves raked him and he had no idea why, he was only here to clean the room. He had just encountered the easiest part of the job, entering the room. Just three simple knocks would be fine. Why was it so hard? He lifted his hand shakily to the door and left three timid knocks that he was surprised someone answered to.The door opened and he assumed it was the prince standing. He couldn’t look up, frozen in fear. He couldn’t help but latch onto his lip with his teeth as he watched the shoes of the owner plant themselves to the ground with an air of dominance and authority. The prince was no doubtingly a confident alpha.
