What the title says. About 11 years ago (from my perspective; relativity is weird) I was launched into space onboard the Hail Mary to figure out a solution to the Astrophage problem. Now I live on an alien planet I call Erid, in the 40-Eridani system. Yes, I’m actually Ryland Grace. Ask me anything.

Ryland Grace got bit by a spider while working part time for S.H.I.E.L.D. Now he's got superpowers. The problem is he's not the hero type. Really he's a coward. At least he can swing from one building to another without hitting a window.
Rocky had a traumatic adolescences. Now he's maybe found a friend and that friend has a very cute coworker named Adrian.
Simon wants nothing to do with any of this but the parasite in his head wont shut up and he's stuck working for the people who put him in this spot.
Things in San Fran are about to get a lot more complicated.

The man had a thick crop of greying black hair, and his arms were covered in scars, along with a few blotches of turquoise and green, like watercolour tattoos. The scars differed in texture – some were deeply carved creases in the skin, others were raised like keloids, all in deliberate patterns and shapes.
I recognised those patterns, those shapes. The family crest – one half on each forearm. The school and group markings. His rank. His mate-circles. His rulers and measuring implements, all carved into his body, all instantly recognisable.Oh god.

A freak accident puts Rocky, temporarily, into a human body. Whilst he and Grace wait for the reversal, they discover a lot about each other, and the nature of their relationship. Eventual smut, happy ending to come.

Summary
As he stared down into the lumpy grey goop that was his evening rations, he contemplated whether it was really worth it.
They’d come a very long way just for Grace to give up and die at the last hurdle, both physically and emotionally. The Tau Ceti system was a long, long way away now, and Grace had faced not one but two highly emotional suicide missions. Three, if you counted the time before he was given a military grade roofie and hucked into space without his memories.
Rocky and Grace make it back to Erid! Huzzah!
