Summary
“Don’t go anywhere,” Craig snaps his fingers in front of Kenny’s face, jaw flexes with the clench of his teeth. “I better not fucking lose you, Kenny. This is you. Yeah? What you wanted, Kenny? Say it.”
Kenny hums. Yeah, probably. It’s probably exactly what he wanted. That’s probably the issue.
“Need a cigarette?”
If Kenny wasn’t so out of his mind he’d know Craig isn’t offering him a smoke. But because he is — he doesn’t know this until there’s a searing burn at his thigh. Kenny jolts and his fingers curl around blue sheets. The pain is quick but sharp and pulsing for seconds after.
“Craig,” Kenny mumbles, voice raw.
“Look at me.”

Summary
One of Craig’s hands settles on Kenny’s waist before it goes up and up. And his fingers are tracing the visible bone of his ribs before sliding back down. “You’re vulnerable. You’re small. Hurt. And broken. It’s fine. You just pretend like you aren’t and it pisses me off sometimes.”
Kenny’s jaw tightens as he clenches his teeth, fingers curling into his palms on either sides of him. “This is what you meant by ‘door’s open?’” Kenny finally says. “You wanted to put me in front of a mirror and talk about how weak and frail I am?”
“No. I just wanted to fuck.”
“Kay, so let’s fuck.”
Craig raises a hand and swipes a thumb beneath one of Kenny’s eyes to collect the wetness beneath it. Kenny hadn’t even realized. “Okay.” The hand at Kenny’s waist drops further until he’s gripping at the back of Kenny’s thigh, the skin right under his ass. “And you’re not weak. Never said that.”
“Whatever.”
