  Summary

  Metropolis and Gotham have both been hit by a bizarre, luminous ooze that makes everything it touches animate, talkative, and uncomfortably cheerful.

  A “harmless” experiment from STAR Labs takes a wrong turn when it’s stolen during transport, spills across the city fairgrounds, and suddenly the carnival attractions are… overly enthusiastic.
