Summary
"The One That Got A Thay: A slow-paced enemies-to-lovers tale featuring a bitter Archwizard of Thay and his nemesis, a pure-hearted, muscled berserker," Astarion reads aloud, chewing his curling lip with a fang before whirling around and thumping the book against Gale's chest. "This is right up your garden path, wizard. Please, no need to thank me so thoroughly. You're welcome." he declares, delighting in Gale's exasperated expression.
It wasn't a new expression.

Summary
A series of shorter, light hearted fics intended to glimpse at the downtime between the companions as they seem to gravitate to each other and couple up from Gale's view, feeling as though as Wyll and Karlach grow close, and Lae’zel and Shadowheart, he and Astarion are left together with no one but each other for company.

Bookmarker's Notes
Cute compilation of connected slice-of-life stories set in act one, dealing with the gang building friendships and other attachments. Sadly unfinished, cute & clever none the less.

Summary
The trouble with Waterdeep was exactly what Gale had glibly told Shadowheart: that he knew with perfect clarity what he was returning to.
The sum of his life had been the sum of his dreams. That was all his home amounted to – an effigy to all the ideas that had ruined him. The shrine-to-be for all the hopes that had yet to sour. Facing up to it now left a pit at the bottom of his stomach.
or; Gale returns home and is faced with the harrowing challenge of figuring out his life and his new relationship, both of which are wrapped in difficult history

Summary
Gale tried again. “I—yes,” he said, finally. “This might be my last night alive. You’re right.”
“I’m not right,” sniffed Astarion. “I don't approve of the idea. I’m onto you. There’s a difference.”
The night before they reach Moonrise Towers, Gale's simulacrum fetches Astarion from his tent. He doesn't come quietly.

Summary
“It might’ve been a convenience if Gale died. One less thing to worry about that wasn’t himself, one less person who knew his deepest secrets and fears. And it would cement his two century-long streak of everyone he’d ever had sex with dying shortly afterwards, a statistic that whichever poor fool who wrote his posthumous biography could at least laugh at for a little while. But Gale hadn’t died; hadn’t taken the easy, heroic, self-sacrificial way out.”
Or, Astarion and Gale discuss their troubled relationship in the wake of Ketheric’s death.
