It's the year 2000, and Josuke wants a decidedly less bizarre summer than the previous year. Fortunately, a new video game has come out just in time to distract him. Most of his friends could also use the escapism for one reason or another, and welcome the excuse to hang out with each other over summer break. The cozy atmosphere combined with some surprisingly somber themes may well prove to be more beneficial than any of them would have expected.
