i read this fic in one sitting because of how goddamn BRILLIANT it is, and because it was 4am and i couldn't sleep... i hadn't had a sleep as peaceful as the night i read it
not only that, and it's also such a healthy portrayal of asexuality, and exactly what i needed at that point in my life. i had been struggling to come to terms with my asexuality while being in a relationship, and it showed me that you can experiment intimacy without sex. oh, how i wish Legilimency existed so that i could experiment intimacy the way Harry and Draco do here -

again, i am HERE for healthy relationships and this one particularly struck a chord because: aSEXUALITY! and the way it approached it was so articulate and thorough it moved me to tears every. single. time.
i read it in one day and let me tell you it cHANGED my whole outlook on life, but not in a drastic, i-feel-like-ive-just-been-hit-by-a-truck kind of way, no, in a soft, comforting way; i know want to live in a little house in the woods next to a bakery and get a thousand bath bombs for my birthday for him to try and be all happy about (and who knows, i might start enjoying life myself)
