Summary
In which Oersted, Odio, the King of Demons, about to enact his vengeance, wakes up the day after Alicia was kidnapped. Except, this isn't quite the Lucrectia that he remembers, and it only takes a few changes to create a vastly different story and ending.
(Or: In which Oersted is so caught up in his own problems he fails to notice that other people are not as blind as he remembers them being.)
Based of off HimejoshiHeart's (or skyhighchibi's, if we're going by tumblr) Reincarnation AU, so blame them for most of this fics existence.

Summary
Odio has... a plan. Lucretia wants to make the traitor a martyr? Fine. He’ll just show them Straybow’s true colours. Straybow is alive, but barely, and Odio has more then enough power to use him against the kingdom.
Except Straybow wakes up horrified, of all things, and Odio decides to keep him around, just for a while longer. Decides to delay the invasion, just a while longer.
(In which Oersted doesn’t understand friendship, Straybow somehow does, and the new Hero isn’t dealing too well with the idea that the demon king was once a hero too.)
