Summary
Here we are again! Another series of Undertale one-shots following the Fictober prompts and featuring the skeleton brothers as love interests to either my nameless or named girlies.
Just like the past two years, if you'd like any of these to be turned into fics, then please let me know in the comments! If enough people show they're interested, then it'll be added to my list of future fanfics! Five requests are what's needed for them to be added.
And if you choose to wait till the end of the month to read, that's okay! Requests can be made up until November 7th, when I post the list of the lucky winners!

Summary
This series of works will consist of random one-shots inspired by a great many things! After each one-shot, you, dear readers, get to decide two things! Whether that one-shot becomes a fanfic or stays a one-shot, and what the next one is based off of!
So at the end of each one-shot please comment either "One-shot" or "Fanfic." If you have a song or something you want me to base the next one off of then simply comment your suggestion!

Summary
You were the first Daycare Helper employed since the Mega Pizza Plex shifted to robotic night staff a little over a year ago. The pay was generous, while the details were vague, who could turn down a better check, though?
You expected a comfier lifestyle and easy work. What you didn't expect was to get roped into the allure of the Daycare Attendant.
There are rules to the Daycare, rules to keep you safe, but you aren't one to stay in line.
What will happen when you bend those rules out of selfish desires? What will happen when the Attendant bends those rules as well?
Will the thread eventually snap?

EXTREMELY PRIORITY READINGI seriously adore this so much!!! Most of the guys are aware that she's not their ex girlfriend anymore after Aster took a look at her soul. They seem to be happier for it, honestly, but they haven't told her what they know. They're twisting the story to make it that Money and Stretch found her after she tried to commit in her original world, which is how they got close and fell in love and whatnot. Which she can instinctively tell isn't the truth but hasn't said anything. Not to mention that all the things she learned before they realized she isn't their ex paired with her super low self-esteem is fueling her suicidal thoughts and tendencies. I honestly hope they tell her soon. However, outside of all that, she wants to be of some use because she has no money and feels guilty for them paying for everything. Also, side note, when Aster took out her soul they found a ring of Stretch's magic around her soul (she compared the visual to Saturn, which is a pretty mental image), which makes me wonder if they're soulmates or forming subconscious bonds. Especially since that happened (my guess) after the two had felt love towards each other. As such, wouldn't surprise me if she had rings for at least Money and Wolf now too.

Monsters emerged from Mt. Ebott only a year ago, many had accepted monsters, but many had not been as accepting of the new race.
You lived in a small town of Ebott a few hours drive outside of the borders of New Ebott city, you owned and ran a small shop. You knew just about everybody in this small town, but it seems there’s a few new comers, more specifically skeletons that move into the property down from yours.

Summary
You're an engineer who works for Ebott's best research facility in one of the labs; your lifelong dream after finding a journal on Mount Ebott when you were a kid. When you aren't in the lab being smart, you're gathering materials at the abandoned doll factory for the machine you're trying to build.
But one night, you meet a skeleton at the factory. Naturally, you lie about why you're there and say you're there to hunt ghosts. You befriend him and try to find a way to gather the materials while keeping up with that lie. But those lies catch up to you when you start to meet all the other skeletons.

Lyra Lestrange considered herself a good person.
A good daughter, a good sister, a good friend, a good student — and even a good stepdaughter, though Catelyn most certainly did not deserve that.It was true that she ran away from home at six and spent months in the Muggle world.
It was true that her best friends were an insufferable group of Slytherins.
It was true that she sometimes felt the urge to grab the thickest edition of Hogwarts: A History and beat Harry Potter over the head with it.
And it was true that her father’s cousins and the wife of one of them had committed acts so horrific that merely hearing her surname made people nearly wet themselves in fear.She was a good person.
She helped Neville in Potions, gave extra lessons to anyone who needed them (including Gryffindors), fed every lost creature she came across, and never told Catelyn to throw herself into a fire. She made an effort, every single day, to be kind.
Lyra believed that there was always someone having a worse day, so always be kind.
So why, then, did the idiotic Boy Who Lived act as if she were the embodiment of the Devil himself?

Finished Chapter 20This is one of my favorite HP fics already, hands down. I love Lyra's beautiful and complicated family. I love the way that there was an instant connection between her and Harry, but misunderstandings immediately buried it for frustration and (most likely) unintentional banter. I especially love that he calls her princess and angel, intended as insults, but will most likely shift through the years. It'd be especially amusing if someone presumes a romantic interest from it while they're still feuding. Like Aiden lol.
I hate that Theo is stuck with his abusive father. I desperately hope he can be saved because he doesn't deserve all this suffering. I'm glad Neville and Lyra's relationship has been developing and that they actually seem like friends now. Or the start of it, you know? Through mutual tutoring (even if the need is different between them) and a gradual understanding that the actions of one person doesn't define the character of another in the same family. Hagrid somewhat also realizing this makes me wonder if they'll eventually become close too. Either way, I really enjoy that Hermione and Lyra are at least a little close even if Lyra doesn't necessarily see them as friends just yet.
I'm excited for Lyra to be on the quidditch team next year, but I can certainly see Harry assuming that she bought her way on the team like Draco. Especially if Fred and George overheard the conversation regarding the pitch for practice and possible scouting and talk about it. Though I would assume it's Ron that would relay the information poorly causing the misunderstanding. Though I also wonder if Harry will remember that the train could technically come back under certain circumstances because of his convo with Lyra after the Christmas holiday. Speaking of, I'm very excited to see what house Aiden ends up in and how he'll feel about Harry's interactions with Lyra when he gets to see it with his own eyes.
I'm guessing based off context clues that Emma had taken her life, which is how she died. With Vicent implying that he saw the same signs from Emma in Theo's mom Isabella. And how Lyra said she could be burdened with Theo needing her support from witnessing his mom take her life because Draco supported her. It wouldn't surprise me if the reasoning is because Emma found out that Vicent had been cheating on her for years. Though I also wouldn't be surprised if it were because of something else.
