Summary
Wemmbu's always despised the soulmate system. It's not as romantic as everyone believes; it's quite honestly stupid—and that's generous coming from Wemmbu.
But the universe doesn't care about what he thinks; it never has. When Wemmbu finally discovers who his "true love" is supposed to be, he can't help but hate the system even more. His soulmate is—and of course it has to be him—none other than Boosfer—the annoying, ragebaiting nuisance that he can hardly stand to be in the same room as.
Worse yet, as society pushes him to be in a relationship he never asked for, Wemmbu finds his eyes wandering to the infamous Flame, his literal sworn enemy.
As time goes on, Wemmbu finally comes to understand something: the universe doesn't control his fate, he does. It just takes a bit of courage to actually say something.
The soulmate system needs to be taken down, and fast...
But it's not that easy when you know the ones who created it.
