Esto sería justo antes de la película (Zero), o lo que es lo mismo, 10 años después del momento ruptura KFC. Me gusta pensar que en todo ese tiempo no dejaron de pensar en el otro. Se querían mucho, yo lo sé.

Hands flutter around his neck. Kaminari feels like he’s on fire at every point of contact. Through the ice on his eyelids and the blur of pain, he makes out a face that leans in. He stares into deep, purple eyes for half a second, then the person is leaning away again. “You’re alive.” The voice repeats. Hands brush snow from him before they gently snake under his unmoving body. “Don’t be afraid,” It says, soft now, “You’ll be okay.”

“You two will be going on an undercover mission together in order to bring the villain, Ayame Minamoto, to us.”
Denki physically has to keep himself in his seat, mind racing as it recalls all the details for the mission. Being a pro hero means he has to learn to control his emotions, too, unfortunately, and that’s all he’s been doing in rural fucking Japan for the past two weeks.
“Nighthide will be working with Ayame hands on in order to snuff her bases out,”
But Denki just couldn’t take it anymore. Why is Hitoshi, his Hitoshi, gay Hitoshi, dancing with a woman? And why does his expression appear so.. Calm?

Denki coughs and fully sits up, looking around. It’s not much better but less bright. He takes in his surroundings becoming even more confused. “Yeah… Why am I in a hospital?”
“Oh. You had a villain encounter and you hit your head pretty badly. Don’t worry, we fixed most of the damage. Though you may experience some intense headaches. That is normal. You also have some intense bruising but no broken bones.” She moves to the end of his bed and grabs his chart, flipping some of the pages. “Now, I do have some questions I need you to answer. What is your name, hun?”
“Uh, Kaminari Denki,” he rasps.
“Good. What year is it?”
“It’s, uh, 2030.”
“Hmm,” she scratches something on the page. “Okay, and how old are you, Kaminari?”
Denki’s head is pounding, but he forces the pain down. He is good at ignoring pain. “I’m sixteen.”
