Samuel keeps staring, brows furrowed, at the biohazard splattering his tissue. Then after apparently finding the results he was looking for, shakes his head.
“None at all, no bloody sputum, appearance is consistent with infection resulting in pneumonia.”
“Okay, okay. Geez, you could stand to be a little more casual these days.”
Samuel flushes red, redder than he already was from the fever, and chuckles.
“Sorry, force of habit.”
Gabe keeps an old friend company when no one else can.

They've survived Little Garden, and the Straw Hats are celebrating their success. Until one of they crewmantes falls ill.
Basically a tiny snippet of what we missed between Nami passing out in Episode 4 and her waking up in Episode 6. Sanji focused because I love him but no romance or anything, just anxious Straw Hats.
