Summary

Born from human woman and a yokai man, Isagi was said to be cursed and a bad omen and shunned, exorcism rituals and whippings followed as he was sacrificed to live the life of a shrine maiden. After much cruelty he was transfered to the mountain of yokai gods.
Everyone is drawn in by the quiet existence of Isagi.Ch. 6: Everyday Isagi seems to meet new inhabitants: first Bachira, then Chigiri and Kunigami, followed by Reo and Nagi; after that Rin, then Niko and now Isagi is in the presence of the regal, icy Sae and the chaotic Shidou. They still and seem kind of worried when they asked about his non-existent eating habit and his bandages. Even when Karasu and Otoya join the group they quiet down and scrutinize Isagi's hidden pain and tremors (my poor baby *sob*)

I like the premise, love the little characteristics that reveals who is under which user name and how they all admire Isagi. I really would love to read more but sadly it's abandoned.

Summary
AU where Isagi caught a mysterious illness, strange markings began to appear on his body, making him unable to continue to play soccer. he spends his life in depression while working a full-time j*b with a generous pay.
Today is his Birthday. Issei and Iyo planned to surprise him when he arrived home after work.
Unfortunately for both parties, he gets caught up in a conversation with his boss, he misses the last bus and it starts raining, isagi walks back to his house only to trip and fall on a crossroad and land in a puddle. so truck-kun takes the chance to claim another victim.
Isagi wakes up in a strange place, and… for some reason he wakes up in a white void with a weird companion by his side, he soon finds out he's reincarnated in an RPG-like world where monsters reside, Everyone has supernatural powers and even some "unnatural" features.
And...Isagi has to survive while having to face familiar acquaintances that seem to gravitate towards him...for some reason.

An ordinary grown-up Isagi who is just an office worker because a mysterious illness prevents him from playing football. On his 23. Birthday Truck-kun makes him transmigrate and he wakes up with a pair of wings on his head and back – oh and a sassy System too. No choice but to enter this new fantasy world...
Ch. 5: SYSTEM is absent and Isagi goes on to a side quest, oblivious to the impending flame he had accidentally lit all the way back at Blue Lock.

I have no knowledge of the Fate series but giving Yuuji a loving mom who can level worlds? This gotta be great.
Ch. 4 - The Jujutsu board is really full of vile old fogies who should be killed for doing this on our baby boy. He gets demoted to a thing, stripped of his name and all human rights, put on a straight jacket and muzzle while continue producing apples of immortality and rejuvenation.

Isagi just wants to be the most powerful magician but as the heroine the men fall easily for her and the opposing girls only hold contempt. Thus, it leads to their bad ends. With the new chance in life their perspective on the saintess Isagi changed rapidly. Now they want to be the leads. Super fun but the real romance has a lil tragedy to it.
