Summary
When Harry Potter fights the basilisk, it seems to think it knows him – that he is another Heir of Slytherin. Also that he's a girl, for some reason. Surely it's mistaken? Well...
Harry discovers, through a series of letters from his parents, that in fact they're not his parents at all. That he isn't Harry Potter. That, during the war, James and Lily Potter were assigned to kill the infant daughter of Lord Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange, and kidnapped her instead. It is unquestionably a relief as Carina Gaunt steps back into the body she was always meant to have. But it also puts her on even more of a high-wire act than her life already was: hiding her secret, finding her godfather/cousin before the dementors do, and making sure that she doesn't get killed – by her father, or by Albus Dumbledore.

Summary
In the summer of the fourth year, Harry begins to pass for some unusual changes that will affect his identity, the magical world and a certain tournament. Some new powers are to be discovered or conquered, enemies are to become friends, and some friends will be revealed to not to be trusted, after all, a prophecy is yet to be fulfilled. Its a very big challenge to change oneself, but maybe this one will push others to do the same, and perhaps this is exactly what everyone needs, even the ones who last expected it.
