Lilia was making his rounds at the fae camp, counting his men and checking on the injured to report the survivors when he was suddenly in front of teenagers dressed in robes.
He was in a school of humans which had previously sent him multiple letters of acceptance which he ignored.
And in front of him was a very familiar face.
Now he has to deal with a group trying to be friendly with him and another him following him around.
Can he love his other self the way a man loves a woman? Can he learn to put his prejudices aside and blend in with this new future until he can go back to his time. Is there even a past to return to when he finds that the events still went on and he still lead the fae troops?, does he even have a place anymore.

Shadow, a moniker he was given upon his birth as he was quickly abandoned, he had no true name, nothing to call his own. He had lived his life in the endless ocean static, the cold of the ice and snow a familiar memory. Hes bigger than most in the area, his skin tough and spotted. He didnt know what he was just that he was a hunter. He knew what to eat and what not to eat. How to stay warm when the temperature settle below freezing. So why?, why had he been summoned to a new world, a new body one so reminiscent of the bad creatures, the ones that hunt and steal from animals like him, the ones that overhunt and leave him hungry. The ones responsible for the melting ice. The ones he saw in those weird skin that barely measure to half of him. He has to learn a new language and a thing called magic while adjusting to his new body. He meets three. Three animals like him only they arent normal, he doesnt judge everyone looks different. One prey, two hunters that are identical. Family? He thinks. No, one hunter has a mate, he can smell it. The smell of a bad creature. He will have the prey. He is hungry.

Summary
Jin zixuan gets thrown into the past when he died. He makes it his duty to protect his younger brother while correcting his wrongs. His engagement is the first to be approached, yeah he loved yanli but it wasn't worth the treatment he received.
With literally almost no idea on the starting events of the war he makes it his mission to discover the truth. Things have to stay the same to stop the butterfly effect. If that means a few hundred deaths then he has no power to interfere with that.
Though how is he supposed to start, he was oblivious in his first life.
