Summary
Alden, the Bearer of the Curse and reluctantly Tarnished in the path of the Elden Lord, finds himself in a new world for the second time.
Torn from Drangleic after obtaining the four crowns and freeing himself from the curse, he finds himself in the Lands Between, a land filled with warring deities and demigods.
After curing Radahn of his scarlet rot during the festival, he awakens in a completely new world after Miquella's interference, wishing to rid himself of him after having part of his plans thwarted.
Now the undead monarch must find a way back, having to deal with Kazdel's civil wars, Oripathy, Lovecratian entities, political intrigue, and a vampire who wants to drink his blood.
*This story is an OMAKE of the main one called Elden Monarch. Honestly, I liked the idea and plan to continue it here for those interested in the crossover. Check the original work if you want more context.

Summary
As Maruki’s “perfect" reality shatters, the world struggles to hold itself together. An upheaval of this magnitude, so soon after Yaldaboath’s actions on Christmas and Maruki’s initial rewriting of existence, weakens the fabric holding together dream and reality, mind and matter, time and space. In order to give the world its best chance of healing, all abnormalities have to be removed, at least temporarily.
In the Alliance, Ryuji almost causes an international conflict, Futaba confuses some local merchants with talks of “being isekai’d”, and Ann catches the eye of a scheming Outsider. In the Kingdom of Faerghus, Yusuke cuts down a band of undead warriors that were accosting some students of sorcery on a field trip to Lake Teutates, Makoto introduces three nobles to motorcycles and the concept of nuclear energy, and Haru shatters the psyches of a rabble of racists while soothing a haunted Boar. At Garreg Mach Monastery, Morgana meets a kind girl who shares some fish with him. In the Empire, Sumire helps a brash blue-haired boy and his sleepy friend save a marketplace, while Akechi and Ren escape from a pit of Snakes, catching the notice of a rebellious Princess.
