When he first wakes up, a migraine amassing behind his skull and a familiar sickness curling into his gut, Dazai doesn't know what to think of this world.
It's much too based upon fairytales, instead of what is real. Dazai doesn't understand how a world could count on the imaginary when it never mattered to him. Stories that teach things like lessons and morals had never assisted him in the slightest. It's more than confusing to figure out when he’s stuck between being forced to attend classes, finding a way home, and dealing with spoiled children.
At the very least, Dazai is gonna have some fun with it. And if not, killing himself was always the simplest solution for him.
(Maybe along the way he’ll discover that reason to live?)

It always made his brother laugh, saying he had good acting skills and that it was impressive how he would make up backstories and answer weird questions about his characters on the spot.

Summary
Osama Dazai and Chuuya (they are genderbent because I struggle writing anything male-centric which physically pains me because most of my favourite characters are guys) join the female student introductory program that is being hosted by Night Raven College to slowly introduce the possibility of it becoming a co-ed school as part of a mission for the Port Mafia where Osama gets sorted into Octavinelle or as I call it "La Mafia" and Chuuya gets sorted into Savanaclaw. This fic is mainly focused on Osama, but Chuuya will have her moments of focus and so will some of the other characters. In this AU the abilities from Bungo Stray Dogs are Signature spells which is very important for the story. Also apparently guns don't exist in twst so I will absolutely have to get creative with Osama and Chuuya's weapon choices (Oh history Gods give me strength). Osama and Chuuya's home will essentially be San Fransyoko as it is the only Japanese-esque canon Disney location I could find, and it will be located right next to the Coral Sea for later important elements of the story.
