Regulus stares in frozen disbelief at the screen. The reporter continues to loudly declare to the entire world that the only current lead on the person who assassinated the CEO of Riddle Healthcare is a grainy image pulled from the CCTV of a local cafe. It showcases a man leaning against the counter, cheerfully chatting up one of the workers.
And see, Regulus has never had much luck in the love department. In fact, he’s pretty sure he’s cursed. So really, it would be just his luck that the nation’s most wanted, who is apparently as intelligent as he is confusingly stupid, pulled down his mask to smile devastatingly at him while ordering a caramel waffle latte.
Worse yet, he gave Regulus his name.
And like, what kind of world-class idiot -

Or: the internet explodes over an assassin accidentally revealing his identity after pausing to flirt with a barista. Regulus is appropriately alarmed as he is morbidly fascinated by the situation. James is pathetically smitten.

Sansa Hightower AU, wherein Sansa is a daughter of Alicent’s brother of the non-Gwayne variety and Cregan’s aunt. I initially wanted the mother to be Cregan’s older sister, but then after doing the barest of maths, realised that Rickon most likely wouldn’t have been able to have a daughter old enough to produce a child Daeron’s age, when Cregan is just two years older than Aemond—so Lyarra Stark is Benjen Stark’s youngest daughter. I also decided she was a childless widow when she met Garlan Hightower, just cause.
Thus, in this AU, Sansa is a cousin to Targtower kids and was fostered with Alicent from a young age.
