Shane Hollander had been named Cosmo’s Hottest Man in the MLH, but Troy Barrett was high in the rankings as well. It’s something about those piercing eyes and a jaw sharp enough to cut glass. Where did that come from? No, no, Troy is just objectively handsome in that way people talk about Cary Grant or Idris Elba. That’s all it is.
