What if Daniel Jackson rejected Vala Mal Doran? “Return to Langara” is a 9-part, episodic, genre-spanning epic that explores what might have happened after The Ark of Truth. Jonas Quinn returns as a central character and the team hunts for the Clava Thessara Infinitas. A love triangle forms and Ancient mysteries are revealed. Jack O’Neill makes multiple appearances.
Like Stargate: SG-1 continued for another season, but with my own twist: more character- and relationship-focused, mature content and adult themes (including sex scenes), integration of music.
Canon-consistent with SG-1 and Atlantis. Each part has a complete dramatic arc like an episode, with ratings that range from Teen and Up to Explicit, and some can be read standalone, but the series has an overarching plot that is building to a climax.
In essence, this series takes Daniel’s infamous blow-up at Vala in the series finale “Unending” and imagines how it could have taken a radically different turn in the prime timeline.
This is a completed work, however, I am making revisions as I go, so you can be sure the entire series will be published, but updates may be somewhat irregular.
