   After receiving a letter in the mail with no return address, Jeremy Cross takes it upon himself to investigate his old place of employment and discover what exactly happened after he missed work on August 8th, 1995.

   He missed a lot.

   Cut off from the outside, Jeremy finds he doesn't have to struggle alone. With a ragtag group of allies, he enters a war started ten years ago, a secret war where no cost for survival is too high and no blood is too precious to spill. But confronting Playtime’s past means confronting his own past as well...

   And it’s not as rosy as he used to think it was.
