Ren looked up from the balcony, meeting the soft gaze of Master Hand, he looked away with tears in his eyes when he saw how much pride was in the God’s expression. Who leaned over and tilted the teen’s face towards him.
“Hey, don’t be like that. I’m serious. I’m so unbelievably proud of you. You survived the unsurvivable. You helped beat the unbeatable. You’re downplaying what you managed to accomplish.”
Aka. A much needed conversation between a God and a human. (Takes place post WOL)

“If it’s the only way to make sure that you won’t run away like you always do, then yes. We are.” Crazy hissed back, not bothering to look back at her twin.

“Oh we are getting nowhere with this conversation!” Samus groaned, throwing her head back in annoyance, “How about we start over? Hi, I’m Samus Aran, nice to meet you, brat.” She extended her hand out for a handshake.
“Ren Amamiya, I’m not sure if the pleasure is mine yet.” The teen replied, lazily accepting the gesture of “kindness” from the bounty hunter.
“So now that that’s out of the way…did you really not know what happened last tournament? Because it sounds to me like we both know information that the other doesn’t.”

Post Master Core incident. Everyone tries their best to get back to a normal routine. Though with unanswered questions and postponed tournaments, the Smashers are left wondering among themselves just what is going on with Master and Crazy Hand that has caused them to go on a small hiatus. Samus takes it upon herself to track down and question the one person who may have answers to those unanswered questions: The assistant of Master and Crazy Hand.

“Tell the military to round up around the areas where the portals have appeared. We’ll take quick care of this ‘invasion’ in no time.” Tabuu's mother, Ina stated, brushing off invisible dust from her sari, her composed expression never changing.
The guard straightened up and bowed, he was dismissed by a wave of Ina's hand and swiftly left to handle the situation.
“...What was that all about?” Tabuu squinted his eyes to the town nearby, trying to see if he could spot any ‘portal’ his mother mentioned, but none, to his disappointment. He was itching for a good fight.
“Some lowlife Goddess thinks she can invade our realm and try to steal our land from us.” His mother replied, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, “We won’t allow it though, this world has flourished for thousands of years, and I’ll make sure it stays that way.”
