What am I doing here? Wylan didn’t need to know what con Kaz was pulling this time. He should be at home, finishing up the last of this year’s paperwork. He’d sworn off heists and blackmail and all of Kaz’s particular brand of nonsense.
But of course, he knew the answer. I’m here for him. If Kaz was here, then Jesper would be at his side.
