Summary
After a run-in with a magician, all the batkids find themselves ghost-like; unable to affect the physical world and everyone they care about convinced they’ve been dead for years and are some sort of ghost or hallucinations.
Bruce doesn’t do well after loosing all of his children. Can the batkids convince outsiders to help them break the spell before his grief gets the best of him?

Summary
Instead of lunging at him, the monster stumbled, as it tried to stand, and Clark saw as a child's leg slipped out of a big black boot before tangling in a yellow belt, small, very childish hands trying and failing to catch it. And maybe… And maybe it wasn't a monster at all, because as Clark watched, transfixed, the kid - because it had to be a kid, he didn't seem to be older than Clark- face planted on the floor without making even a single noise.

They would talk about their day, all mundane things that normal couples did, and play footsie under the table like they were teenagers who didn't know any better. For a moment the world would be still, no fires or tsunamis or people for Superman to save, no Arkham breakout to force Bruce to wear the suit for the night. For a moment the world would just be Clark and Bruce.
