Summary
Viktor is someone who controls his life. He is always calm and quiet, making his decisions cautiously and trying to avoid people at all costs. Everything seems fine until suddenly, everything is turned upside down.
Jayce was not part of his plans, but when they meet unexpectedly in the library and begin to attend classes together, a lot changes. They both spend long nights together, but they do not know how to deal with each other yet.
As Viktor’s carefully managed world begins to shift, he’s forced to confront things he would rather keep buried—his health, his past, and the risk of letting someone see him fully. However, Jayce does not want to give up.
What they’re building isn’t clear, and it isn’t simple—but walking away might not be an option anymore.

Summary
Little Asa Fell woke up in the middle of the night. He’d had strange dreams for as long as he could remember. Sometimes all he could recall were little fragments, like black feathers or the sound of book pages turning, other times they were entire scenes he remembered in such vivid detail that when he woke up it became difficult to tell whether he had truly lived them or they were just another one of his dreams.
Asa Fell has vivid dreams his entire life. Dreams that feel far too real to be only dreams.

“I haven’t really been to a wedding where I’ve, uh… let loose. But, hey,” Dennis shrugged, “maybe I’m doing it wrong.”
“If I hadn’t already agreed to go to this conference, I’d offer to go with you,” Robby said casually. “Show you how it’s done. I’ve got a good track record as a plus-one, too.” Dennis had to say something. To interrupt. To shut this down. But what was he supposed to say? No, you can’t be my plus one, because I lied about my cousin, and there is no wedding, and it seems a little weird to bring a date to a fucking funeral– “Apparently parents love it when you bring home a doctor.”
And just like that, the bubble popped.
“I’m not gay,” Dennis snapped.
He had never hated the sound of his own voice as much as he did right then.
