Summary
There was a princess.

Summary
Zoey never really thought that Mira or Rumi would have a problem with her heats.
She knew that if she told them the truth and asked them to take care of her, they would.
Maybe not in the way she wanted (carnally), but, at the very least, they would check up on her and bring her food and water and make sure she was okay if she let them. She knew that.
That was never what stopped her.
It was never really about them.

Being a CEO never got boring, there was always some ‘crisis’ or issue that needed her attention, as if there weren’t a million other people who could solve those same issues easier and quicker than waiting on her. She took a moment to sigh and lean back, just listening to the sounds in the house.

The sky whistles, and Rumi hates the way her heart lurches at that, hates how it brings out a weak smile of her own. She hates how Zoey looks at her, like everything she said was imminent, perfectly aligned. Fitting.
It makes her ill.
Still, she laughs anyway, in spite of her loathing. "Y'know I can't swim, right?"
"I know," Zoey says candidly, as if she knows everything there ever was to know about Rumi. "That's the part that makes it weird."

Rumi’s even prettier in person.
It’s the most dangerous kind of pretty, the kind Mira immediately wants to ruin. Her hair is pulled back the same as in the photo, showing off the entirety of her long-sleeved black dress. It’s anything but modest, though; devastatingly short, with cutouts along the sides and nothing left to the imagination. Mira can take in every detail of Rumi’s body through the fitted fabric: the definition of her arm muscles, every jaw-dropping curve. Below it all, her thighs are smooth and firm, and Mira can only imagine what they’d feel like under her palms.
Which she does, in excruciating detail.
But she needs to focus.
Rumi is hot, but she is off limits. For now, at least. Mira’s one and only job is to be respectful while distracting Rumi from her breakup wallowing.
Easy.
Or: Mira invites Zoey's friend out line dancing to help her get over a breakup.
