Omegas were a rarity in the jujutsu world. Most sorcerers were either alphas or betas. They just seemed to evolve that way, since omegas were particularly weaker. A few were born here and there and when they were they were sold off to the higher status alphas amongst the clans to be breeders for the next generations.
In the Jujutsu world twins were seen as a curse. One almost always being born without cursed energy or so very little they were never considered a sorcerer.
Toji Fushiguro had always believed himself to be cursed. Especially when his late wife had given birth to a set of twins, a boy and girl..but it changed on their third birthday and they presented.
