Summary
Batman's done well with crafting and solidifying his terrifying persona. A little too well. Civilians are getting in more danger at times simply trying to get away from their saviour, oftentimes right into danger. After a close call where a civilian nearly DIED of LITERAL FRIGHT when Batman came to their aid, it becomes apparent something must be done. But how can he and the other Bats become more approachable?
