Summary
This is a story about the rise of one woman and the fall of another. Taliesen is a Dalish elf thrown into a position of power, and intends to use it to benefit her people however she can. Calpernia is a formerly enslaved Tevinter mage, who lost her command when the rebel mages freed themselves from Venatori servitude. Both wanting to fix everything about the world that has wronged them, but circumstances place them on different sides.

There is a scene in (Tell Me) The Colour Of The Rain - commoncomitatus , with Sera finding comfort in being accepted by a halla that inspired me to write this fic.

You can't live life without being affected by your interactions with other people, everyone and everything has a ripple effects.
Follow along a collection of stories about how Taliesen Lavellan's perspective has been shaped by the clan she is a part of, and by other elves that she surrounds herself with.

There was an unending amount of what-if’s he parsed through, so much has happened to the Elven people since he had fallen into his long slumber. A new kingdom had been formed and fallen. What he did for his People was necessary, that cannot be doubted, but for them to have so much less than they were supposed to… There was no end to the regret he felt for having so much time pass him.
