’67 wakes up under sky which is a pale blue like his eyes, entirely unlike the dark or glowing skies of Kamino.
“Hello?” he asks into the air. There is no response, not even the hum he’s accustomed to from training rooms. Slowly, he pulls himself upright. He doesn’t think he was due for recommissioning, but then again, they usually don’t, it always happens suddenly. But this doesn’t look like Kamino. It’s dry, rocky and sandy. He rubs with his bare hands at the dirt. “Ip? Keeli? Seven?”
A Little enters his sight. A nat-born, must be, all pale and bright blue eyes.

Summary
Ice. Echo barely even had the time to register the thought before the fractures reached him and he plunged feet-first into the water. He thought he had known what cold was, but even the stasis chamber was positively balmy compared to the frozen lake.
After Echo takes an unexpected dip in a frozen lake during a routine mission, the Bad Batch has to work together to save their big brother then wade through the emotions the near-death experience causes them all.

Summary
Echo woke slowly, with a warm, relaxed sluggishness that was very unfamiliar to him in his artificially short life. He opened his eyes, expecting to find the top of his bunk above him, perhaps with Crosshair’s lanky arm hanging over the side. Instead, Echo found an unfamiliar white ceiling. Discord trickled through his belly, a cold drop tainting his warm sleepiness. Still strangely drowsy and sluggish, he tried to sit up. He couldn’t.
And then he felt the restraints digging into his wrists. The strap wrapped tight around his chest.
The warmth evaporated, replaced by a searing flare of panic.
