Makoto stands in their kitchen, back to Haru, cutting fruit at the counter. She's wearing the little panda slippers Haru bought when they signed the lease, with the button eyes Makoto had sewn back on twice. The shirt she wears slips off her shoulders, and her bangs are pinned off her face with two of Haru's floral hairpins. She's gone from humming to singing to herself, now, and Haru recognizes the song from a show Futuba had bullied her into watching, voice growing as she makes it through the chorus.
....It's a dream. Haru, at 20, has had her dreams come true, and it makes her so happy that she can barely breathe.

Summary
Instead of canceling their double date like he should have, Ren decides to power through an oncoming cold to avoid disappointing anyone. But (un)luckily for him, his boyfriend is pretty good at reading him. Ryuji's more than happy to take care of his partner, it's just a shame that he's just as bad at self care as Ren is. It totally won't come back to bite him in the butt, though. And Morgana is here and he really, really wishes he had hands.
