The first temptation had been when Crawly—not known as such at the time, since they hadn’t yet Fallen and therefore had no reason to rename themselves—had turned to Furfur and asked, “can I hitch a ride?”

Summary
It started out small at first. Freshly cut flowers arrived on Lance’s doorstep despite him having no clue as to their origin. The blooms weren’t even from this side of the mountain. Lance had seen them once before. When he had accidentally saved a dragon from a bear trap. Those same blooms had been showing up on his doorstep for nearly a fortnight. He wasn’t certain how the dragon had found him. Obviously it must have followed him. Whatever the case, it hadn’t intended to hunt him or snatch him away from his small village. Instead, the dragon had left the freshly cut flowers. Perhaps it was some thank you. Lance knew nothing of dragon culture, only the myths that human folk had passed down for ages.

Hunk smiled sympathetically. He rose from his seat, resting a warm hand on Lance's shoulder. “And it will be.” He chuckled. “You're getting married to the guy of your dreams, man. And he's grossly in love with you.”

Summary
The Eclipse is fast coming for both the Realm of Night and the Realm of Day. Queen Allura of the Day Time has many expectations for the evening, but the surprisingly brightest event is the Lord Lotor, King of the Night Time. Together, they are meant to join in a dance to bring the ball's eclipse to totality as viewed through the open ceiling. Hopefully, Allura's patience with Lotor holds out.
