Now, Ashveil had never claimed to be an expert at determining what beauty was, but the answer seemed to rest on his tongue as Sunday slowly descended the stairs. The beautiful Halovian looked flustered, a slight smile curving his lips as his gaze slowly lifted to meet Ashveil’s. In that moment, the world seemed to freeze; even the light piano music in the ballroom became fainter as the two were unable to break their gazes from each other. Sunday was a vision in his silvery gown, hair carefully pinned up in an up-do, and face with the tiniest bit of rouge with a fair blush. He wore a delicate necklace of what looked to be a dove; it was just like him: elegant and soft.
Beautiful, is all that Ashveil could think.

The Hero attempts to do as told and goes into the basement to slay the princess. But as soon as they get down there, their nerves get the better of them and the stress of all the options and the responsibility they carry becomes too much.
But, surprisingly, the princess seems to be a lot more understanding of this than anticipated.
This leads to an entirely new perspective, one that seems a lot more... Pleasant.
(Made into two chapters to mimic the game. Experimenting a little.)
