Pure Vanilla jumped to his feet and backed away slowly. He wanted to believe that his terrible eyesight was playing tricks on him, but he had picked up the staff, which was now lying on the floor, and read the letter a thousand times to be sure, yet it said the same thing.
The kingdom of Dark Cacao was in danger; a mutated strain of the Jellywalker virus had attacked the king, and the epidemic they thought they had eradicated was back.
With determination, he set out for the kingdom of the frozen peaks to get to the bottom of this.
