    Literally the only thing stopping him from getting rid of her here and now is:

    1. He feels no malice or harmful intentions from her 
    2. The potent energy within her that appears to be shackled by some withering seal is downright terrifying, despite being forced to remain dormant could still feel stronger than all 7 gnosis combined.
    3. The fact celestia themselves sent over an observer rather than an executioner means something must be up with her.

    It's easy to come to the conclusion that, if she were to pose a threat to Monstadt, Barbatos might actually need to pull some favors from his fellow archons.
