Summary
If you heard "Kelly Wilson, Government Liaison to the South Hill Branch of the Justice Squad" you might imagine a sharp dressed, steely eyed, middle aged man making tough calls on the comms while local heroes engaged supervillains.
That's Director Richardson.
Kelly was a young woman in her late twenties, often in a rumpled skirt suit, with a much smaller office. Her job was mostly to make sure the government's money was being spent well, so she was more of an auditor than anything else. Yes, she had a badge and could technically call herself a federal agent, but you could say the same about a food safety inspector for the FDA. In a perfect world, the closest she'd come to dealing with villains was a guy at an insurance company she had to convince to pay for damage from a hero fight.
That was a prediction that turned out to be both one hundred percent correct and incredibly misleading.

Then she is forced to go on the run to avoid being imprisoned due to prejudice despite how it was self defence

A nice fix fic following an archaeologist finding the stargate shortly before the air normed genocide under the temple and many of the children being evacuated through it. With a convenient solar flare throwing them a hundred years forward so they return home (With help from the Atlantis expedition) in the middle of the series instead.

Has a manipulative Marinette who emotionally manipulates the class into realising there mistake and making them feel terrible for making her believe in Lila. -

Marinette is not the luckiest person in the world, but things were getting ridiculous. After the insanity of Miracle Queen and everything that followed afterward, she couldn't so much as have a date with her boyfriend without them getting interrupted or things going wrong. Point being, she's sick of Hawk Moth ruining things for her, and she refuses to take it lying down.
So when a supervillain misbehaves, you take his toys away from him; or in this case, his akuma.

Marinette comes up with a solution to reduce how often Hawkmoth can make an akuma and annoys him in the bargin. Namely by stealing the butterfly and transporting it far away so he loses control of it but it still exists so he cannot unmake it and has to wait until it dies before he can make a new one. Butterfly's don't live long but it still drastically drops how often he can make an akuma.

Marinette is pushed to breaking and is Akumatized. The resulting akuma is dangerously cunning the trauma from what occurred lingers even after the cure casts especially since ladybug being missing makes people concerned she was already taken out.
Not only does the actual akuma attack but also the aftermath as people recover from it and Marinette and the class start to understand how this occurred and how to prevent it reoccurring.
Light on salt as the class realises they were wrong early on with the story focusing on how dangerous the akuma is. -

Lila Rossi has it all at her school, mostly thanks to the neverending stream of lies that she utters to draw in and maintain her popularity. But unlike everyone else in Paris, she has a burning hatred for the superheroine Ladybug, one of the few people to see through and call her out on her bullshit. So when she is caught up in an akuma attack and sees a large section of crumbling wall above where Ladybug happens to be standing, she takes advantage of this opportunity and pushes it onto her, almost resulting in a victory for Hawk Moth. Lila is frustrated that she failed to actually kill Ladybug, but takes solace in the fact that she did hurt her……… unaware that the whole thing was caught on camera by Alya Cesaire. Karma is not mocked, Lila Rossi, and she’s gunning for you.

A nice lies revealed fic that does really have salt or bashing of anyone but Lila. It has the class react horrified when presented with the evidence and they all work together to destroy her.
Lila is a bit stupid in how she keeps assuming that her lies will work this time despite them failing multiple times but it fits with what is revealed about how often she got away with similar things. -

Along the way he realises that while he might be cunning he lacks the millennia of accumulated wisdom that Earth many different cunning individuals have possessed and so he keeps getting seen. They don't get all the details of his plots correct but they see far more than any Asgardian.

Has a good point that the reason vigilantes should not kill is the lack of accountability but he is accepting the consequences of his crime. -

Batman has speculated that the Joker is immortal and gets crazier each time he dies so decided to keep him alive to prevent it getting worse. Now however he has knowledge of what the Joker is and a way of killing him so admits it is needed and orcastrates the Jokers death even if he is not killing him directly.
Lots of introspection as Bruce battles with whether of not he should go ahead with killing the Joker. Also a different take on his reason for the rules and his start namely they were not so altruistic in the beginning.
