Summary
The Enhanced Registration Act passed months ago, pushed through congress immediately after the Accords.
Tony never agreed to a registration act, but thus far it hadn’t affected his life much. The Avengers were done, and keeping enhanced people at arm’s length made it easier to ignore.
Then a chance encounter with a dodgy teenager changed everything.
Peter Parker was suspicious as hell, snarky, and the most brilliant child Tony had ever met. When Tony discovers he’s also Spider-Man, everything about him suddenly makes sense. Like why a fifteen-year-old boy genuinely believes he doesn't have a future outside a government facility. For Peter, it wasn’t a matter of if SHIELD would catch him, but when.
Tony had never been great at following rules or listening to the government, so it was the easiest decision of his life to put himself on Peter’s side. Now he just has to keep the kid out of SHIELD’s hands long enough to fix the damn law.

Summary

Summary
Tony Stark thought he was tired of HYDRA. The assholes kept raiding his home, trying their best to steal back Bucky Barnes. Then the Avengers raided one of HYDRA's bases, and he discovered a fourteen-year-old boy named Peter Parker being treated like a mere weapon.
Now, Tony was beyond done with HYDRA. And he had this silent kid in his apartment. Tony had no idea what to even do with kids, all he knew was Peter Parker deserved to be seen as a kid first. Surely taking care of a kid couldn't be that hard?

Tony Stark was dying.
The palladium poisoning was getting worse by the day, and no amount of chlorophyll sludge, whiskey, or denial was going to fix it.
Then New York called to inform him that his biological son’s guardians had died unexpectedly, leaving Tony with temporary emergency custody of a fourteen-year-old kid who very clearly wanted nothing to do with him.

Six months after Tony Stark’s sacrifice, Peter is struggling. His grades were slipping, his focus was shot, and everyone was noticing.
It would be easier if he could explain why. The principal wanted an answer, but Peter wasn't sure he understood it, himself.
All he knew was Happy was waiting outside to pick him up from school, and somehow the principal has decided maybe that's the problem.

In which Peter is Tony’s biological son but Obadiah Stane signed away Tony’s rights, making the Parker’s believe Tony himself did so. Tony learns he’s Peter’s dad when he shows up at the Parker’s apartment like in Civil War.
Series of oneshots about their relationship slowly forming. May is great and Tony is great and poor Peter is just conflicted, but happy ending and all that. May and Tony do wonderful coparenting.

Summary
Peter Parker knows that Tony Stark is his father. He knows and hates him for it. With nowhere left to go, Peter goes to Stark Tower to inform Mr. Stark that he’s Peter’s father but is thrown out of the tower by security without seeing Tony. Peter Parker needs help. Who is this kid that showed up at the tower? Tony needs answers. What does he know about raising a kid? How the hell is he supposed to help a son he just discovered he had sort through trauma when Tony’s been stuffing his own stress and trauma down for years? Tony knows one thing for certain: he doesn’t want Peter to grow up to be like him… to stuff all of the crap he’s been through down and end up pushing everyone around him away. Well shit… that means Tony will have to lead by example.
