Apparently receiving prophetic dreams come with a terrible price that Ron will be forced to pay. Which is entirely unfair considering he never once made a request for these dreams or ever wanted to be in a constant state of dread over the fate of the entire wizarding world at the mere age of seven. I suppose it's not all bad though.
With the prick of a rose thorn decades long alliances are broken, the most unlikely of matches are made, and the Wizarding World will suffer the consequences for years to come.
