Summary
Book 1: Link died facing Calamity Ganon. Twice. The first was when he was a knight of the princess, and the second was as a traveler in a vast untamed land. Now, through a strange and painful turn of events, he has become a corporeal ghost. With Zelda and the Champions of Old as ghosts to aid him, he will rebuild Hyrule as a powerful kingdom with his own two hands. This time, he wouldn't fail. He would at least make sure the people he cared about would be okay.
Book 2: Hyrule was stable. The kingdom was growing and thriving and political relations were peaceful—for the most part. Link was finally starting to settle into his role as Champion, and things were running smoothly. So of course, that was when another Journey wandered out of the mists of the Lost Woods in the form of eight heroes from across time. He knew this wasn't something he could refuse, but he was more than hesitant about leaving his newly reestablished kingdom. He also knew he couldn't tell these heroes the truth—that he was already dead.

Summary
Technoblade has fought in battles since he was a child, becoming a force to be reckoned with, a man to fear. He earned many titles as he fought, War Pig, Blood God, and even Dream Slayer. But no one knows his true name. He considers that to be necessary as it serves as a safety measure against the fae that roam the world. Many fae would kill to get their hands on a human like Technoblade and he firmly defends his name because of that. However, after accidentally getting involved with fae, they seem to be adamant about not losing him, for whatever reason. Then, suddenly everything Technoblade has carefully constructed to protect himself is trembling in the face of these creatures and their whims.

Technoblade backstory fics
Really good. Love the fae lore, includes the pickaxe through the teeth scene, and has a good world. -

Summary
“The Northern Water Tribe has always been known for their near-undefeatable legion of bloodbenders.” The Fire Lord spoke, sounding calmer. Techno watched cautiously as the flame began to dim back to its original size. “They’re all but unstoppable, even I can admit that. There is no known defense against bloodbending, with the only potential exception of a more powerful bloodbender. But,” The Fire Lord’s eyes glittered dangerously in the firelight, “we’ve found a weakness.”
Techno’s breath caught in his throat. Anticipation and dread coiled within him, each emotion making his stomach churn.
“A spirit.” The Fire Lord said, triumphant, “Known as the Blood God.”

Summary
“Your dad,” Sokka starts, then swallows hard. “Your dad dueled you, burned half of your face off, and then banished you because you spoke when you shouldn’t have?”
Guilt festers and bubbles like black tar in Zuko’s chest. “I didn’t just speak. I questioned and insulted one of his highest-ranking generals—but the man was planning a massacre! He shouldn’t have—” Zuko clamps his mouth shut, his teeth clicking together, and swallows thickly. “I mean. I found the tactic he proposed very startling, but it wasn’t my place to question such things. I’m sure he had his reasons.”
“Tui and La what the absolute fuck,” Sokka whispers.
[Zuko gets imprisoned with Sokka and Katara during the winter solstice, and some very unfortunate things come to light. Alternatively: the gaang
kidnapsadopts Zuko in book one after discovering just how awful his father is.]
