Cheng Xiaoshi can feel the warmth of his hand as he leads him upstairs, the softness of his lips as he kisses him. He hears the tenderness in his voice when he says Cheng Xiaoshi’s name. He sees the look of utter adoration in his eyes as he watches him. He’s real. And at this moment, he’s alive. If Cheng Xiaoshi wants to believe that’s true, just for a little while, what’s so wrong with that?
